About Me
My kids are my passion! We create memories together and they are each others best friends! They don't always get along, but they always take care of one another.
When I'm not taxiing them around or at their events; I spend my spare time gardening, snowboarding, building LEGO sets, or attending a live concert.
My Heritage
My heritage with Layton runs deep, very deep. Starting with my third-great grandfathers Cristopher Layton & Joseph "Cap" Hill. Running through my grandparents Jay & Odessa Harris, with their dairy on what used to be known as Syracuse Dr. and was later renamed in the '60s to Antelope Dr. Now, I'm raising my family in Layton, where I always envisioned raising my family; and working diligently to represent you at our municipal government level.
My parents Jay & Joan Harris Argyle instilled in me the same princi;les, work ethic, and passion of those that have gone before us.
Our Family & Our Hobbies
The activities people choose during their discretionary time, a window to who they are. These are our hobbies:
Family Time
We love our Aggies! I take GREAT pride knowing that all my kids know the Scottsman. Game nights are a big hit here. LEGO sets are a must, for every birthday and Christmas; everyone gets a new set. We love traveling together, some of our favorite destinations include: Jackson Hole, San Diego, Santa Clara (UT), & Disneyland.
Jory
I spend a lot of my time taxiing kids or attending kids' events. When I'm not, I love to be in my garden, build LEGO sets, MTB bike, snowboard, & go to USU Aggie football games.
Live concerts is a passion I've recently rediscovered, & used to run a lot (due to injuries, now I aspire to be a runner).
Liz
Liz is an amazing big sister! Her siblings absolutely adore her! She's very personable & self-aware. She grew up fast, but as an adult, responsibly embraced her youthfulness.
I was inspired she joined the Navy; she starts in August. Until then she's utilizing every moment to be with the friends and family that she loves.
Jake
Jake is incredibly intelligent! He is very detail oriented and analytical. That passion will pay dividends in his future. He has a thick skin but a giant heart and is very loyal!
Jake loves being with close friends. He performs in the marching band at Davis High & can play multiple instruments.
Braelee (Brae)
Brae is proudly (& always will be) My Princess. She is very tenderhearted and full of love for everyone. She lights up every room she enters.
Saying Brae loves dance is an understatement! She's at the dance studio most of her free time. Recently, her passion for friends, is quickly catching up.
Taryn
Taryn has more spunk in her pinkie, than most have in their entire body. She is my Punky Booster! Her combination of wit & charm is unsurpassed.
She is also at dance studio a lot, her passion though, is her friends. Taryn does what Taryn wants, period. She couples her passion with love, for success.
